We invite you to our little sanctuary in the middle of town – the perfect place to relax. Treat yourself or someone you care about to a couple of hours of soothing services that settle the mind and rejuvenate your body. Choose from soaking in one of our private hot tubs to releasing and melting in our cedarwood sauna and restoring with a healing massage.
It never ceases to amaze us how easy it is to shift from just feeling okay to feeling great; to shift from a frown to a big smile, a deep breath and an "Ahhhh!" in a few short minutes! Come after work, after a long hike or bike ride, or to help with that nagging ache or pain. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, quaint shops to browse and a small park and art gallery just across the street.

Our facilities are surrounded by tall trees, lush shrubs, cascading ivy, wisteria, jasmine and countless varieties of flowers in different seasons. We have a small park bench along with lawn chairs in the garden where you may take rest before and after your session just to drink in the serenity and enjoy the settling in your body. Feel free to drop by if you're in the neighborhood, but it's better to call in advance for appointments. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.

Rejuvenate with a Professional Massage
We offer several styles of bodywork that can be combined or used individually, each tailored for your
specific needs. Our therapists are highly trained and have decades of experience in their respective
fields. We want to provide the best possible service for your overall health so we want to make sure you
have a wealth of modalities to choose from to access the many layers and dimensions in your body that
interact with one another. The sessions range from nurturing relaxation and stress reduction,to assessment
and problem solving, injury, accident or surgery recovery, and preventive maintenance.

Enjoy the Hot Tubs
We offer two soothing hot tubs, a restorative cedarwood sauna, and therapeutic massage. The hot tubs are outside so you can enjoy the healing powers of nature as you soak. One is acrylic and the other is Italian tile and fiberglass. Each tub is surrounded by redwood fencing with flowers and greenery on the decks, candles lit at dusk, and temperatures set at a toasty 104 degrees in tub #3 and a more moderate 102 degrees in tub #1. The force of the jets is adjustable in tub #1. Each tub has a cold shower adjacent to it and an arbor with a shade cloth above to protect you from sun or rain. There are also areas where you may still see the sky if you so choose! Along with the required sanitizing agents, both of our tubs use ozone for extra cleanliness and additional health benefits.

Come in for pre- and post-event sessions to open up your joints, especially knees, feet, and hips; re-align them, and balance muscle tone around them to optimize speed, stability, and endurance. You'll have more energy when everything is open, free to move without strain, and working in harmony with the surrounding joints and tissue fields.

Detox in the Sauna
The sauna is made from natural Western Red Cedar and can be made 'wet' by pouring water into the trough at the back of the heater, or kept dry. The room is infused with a blend of all natural essential oils including eucalyptus, basil, orange, lemongrass and rosemary, and includes a candle and Japanese tile wall art for atmosphere.
Let us know how hot you prefer the room to be. We generally keep it moderate at about 140 degrees but it can be made very hot (up to 190 degrees), or you can always gain a few more degrees by using the upper bench.
